INTRODUCTION

Briefly , the population of Mali was about 18 000 000 people and 368 557 people in Bla. The cercle of Bla counts 223 villages and 17 communes or counties. This community like any others communities of Mali is faced to several social development problems such as: Health, Education and Agriculture issues.  After many years of research about this community, the ASSOCIATION ISAIAH 43 PROJECT was created on the 14th of  September 2018 in Bla, region of Segou, country of Mali by a translator and Human Resource Manager. The ASSOCIATION ISAIAH 43 PROJECT is a humanitarian association which dedicates himself to work with Schools, Families and communities to overcome poverty and obstacles that are keeping them from being developed and sustainable. The heart of ASSOCIATION ISAIAH 43 PROJECT work is in helping communities build stronger and healthier. ASSOCIATION ISAIAH 43 PROJECT helps communities to be able to help themselves. It is created in order to overcome in the communities on the Health issues, Education issues and agriculture isssues in Mali  particularly and in general the whole world in the future. The General goal is to help the communities to be sustainable.

Therefore we invite all the volunteers no matter  an individual, a group or NGOs in the whole world who have the same visions, the heart to support the poors and help hopeless. So let's show the compassion and the love of the Almighty wherever we will step on.

ASSOCIATION ISAIAH 43 PROJECT HAS ITS GOALS

  1. CULTURE​
    We want to know and make known the cultural value of Mali, Bla is an amazing area, it has a double culture. So, we will assist them in their culture by watching them and asking them the WHY questions in order to try to help them improve things. Because we should not force people. This place is still a very traditional place. And we noticed that something in culture can keep us from development and has against the freedom or the liberty.
     

  2. SOCIO- SANITARY OR HEALTH SECTOR
    The population of Bla is faced to many healthcare issues, many children die in their young age from 1 year to 15 years because of Malaria. Specially from the beginning of the rainy season through the harvest time.
    Vaginal infection is getting worse and worse and many women die for childbirth in this community because of lack of clinics and medical equipment’s. they do not have an access to CSCOM because of lack of income, Even if some will bring their sick person to their closer CSCOM or clinics but most will finally return back home with their sick person before completing the treatment because of lack of means to pay for their treatment.
    Anemia is also a big issue according to the information we got from the health director in the Region, about 80% of children or kids who will come for treatment during the rainy season in His hospital will have anemia. 

  3. EDUCATION
    We, the Association ISAIAH 43 PROJECT believe that education is the key of a community development. And if anyone has desire to change a community, you can focus on children. Children are the future of a community or a nation. So, we encourage people to send their children to school. Every single child deserves to have an opportunity to go to school. We have noticed that several children in this area start to go to school but many abandon before even 6 grades for many reasons such as;
    a - Many live far away from school and have to walk a long distance to get to the school.​
    b - Some children or kids will leave their own village for a city or where the school could be, stay with a family for school and their parents will be obliged to send food to them, transport sometimes even rent a house for their child. So many parents cannot afford that, and their children will obligatorily stop.​
    c - Mostly many cannot afford for the school supplies of their child or paid the necessity for their child to go to school.
    In this situation we want to help schools with school supplies, to sponsor kids and build schools in places if needed

  4. AGRICULTURE
    In order to increase agricultural profitability and quality, and to promote sustainable communities, Isaiah 43 Project have decided to teach farmers in the communities. Understand, food is one of the first substances for human life. therefore, we need physical food and spiritual food. There is a quote in this area which says << One’s mind cannot think deeper in positive way if his or her belly is empty>> <<The very first and real freedom is food security>>​
    In this region, the level of incomes in agriculture is so low because of lack of rain and lack of appropriate technics of agriculture. In consequence there is famine in this area every year. It rains from July to September with 600mm to 1000mm per year. The weather goes to 18 to 40 degree Celsius. There are some creeks and Bani river crosses through Bla also.
    a - Association Isaiah 43 Project teach farmers about soil conservation techniques, to promote sustainable agricultural success in the community,
    b - Teach agricultural techniques to increase agricultural profitability and quality,
    c - Implement market gardens in the villages as needed,
    d - Promote drinking water in the community

ISAIAH 43 PROJECT IS A NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION, FOR THE SERVICE OF COMMUNITIES TO BE SUSTAINABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
